Microlab
The Microlab® 600 is a highly precise syringe pump with a touchscreen interface designed to quickly and easily dilute and dispense fluids. This positive displacement system provides better than 1% accuracy, independent of a liquid’s viscosity, vapor pressure, and temperature.

Fast, accurate and reproducible dilutions - regardless of viscosity, vapor pressure or temperature.
Dual Syringe Dilutor
The Dual Syringe Diluter configuration uses two syringes to create up to a 1:50,000 dilution in a single step, drastically reducing preparation time and wasted buffer. The diluent washes the tubing between each sample, minimizing carryover for even the most sensitive techniques including AA, ICP, HPLC, GC, Photometry, Enzyme testing
Dispenser – Single, Dual & Continuous
The Microlab 600 is able to dispense volumes from 100 nL to 50 mL. The Microlab 600 uses positive displacement syringes to accurately dispense volatile, viscous, and dense liquids independent of atmospheric influences. The inert fluid path is compatible with harsh chemicals, making the Microlab 600 the most reliable and robust dispensing system available.
Single Syringe Dispenser
Precision stepper motors automatically refill the syringe from a reservoir considerably improving speed and accuracy compared to traditional laboratory equipment like serological and repeating pipettes.
Dual Syringe Dispenser
The Dual Syringe Dispenser incorporates two syringe pumps to expand the instrument's capabilities.
- Double throughput by dispensing into two containers at the same time
- Double the volume or the speed of a dispense by dispensing from both syringes to the same container
- Fill each syringe with a different liquid to create binary mixtures with different ratios of each liquid
- Use one syringe for dilution and the other syringe for sample spiking
Continuous Dispenser
The Continuous Dispenser is designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing. One syringe fills while the other syringe dispenses so the instrument is always ready. Perfect for integration into semi-automated or fully automated manufacturing lines.

The different programs can be selected and configured via the control unit. In addition to the prefabricated programs of the wizard, customized programs can be created and saved. The programs are stored on a memory card and can be easily transferred to other devices.
